Rekhi Singh, Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has completed Harvard Business School's "Leading Professional Service Firms", and participated in Advanced Management Program by UC Berkeley's Center for Executive Development. Mr. Singh is currently a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the College of Engineering and Computer Science, California State University.

Mr.Singh founded R Systems in 1993. With over 20 years of experience, he is considered by many as a pioneer in the information technology industry. Prior to R Systems, Mr. Singh held senior management positions with HCL Technologies and DISC (now Synergex) in the United States, Singapore and India.

Raj Swaminathan, MBA (XLRI), is the Chief Operating Officer of Indus. His experience spans significant systems development efforts in the banking & finance business. He has built and led large IT teams, managed multiple and key vendor relationships, and has good experience in effectively managing significant capital expenditure programs.

Tarun Mathur, Masters in Electronics and Business Administration is the Chief Marketing Officer looking after Global Sales, Marketing Strategic Alliances and Business Partnership programs. His experience is in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Planning and alliances in the Engineering, Consumer and E-Commerce sectors. Tarun has worked for Thermax, Thermax Culligan and DoctorAnywere.

Shankar Seetharaman, a Chartered Accountant is the Senior Vice President & Chief People Officer and looks after Management Accounting, Budgeting, Company Law, HR and Administration.
