Satinder Singh Rekhi founded R Systems in 1993. Mr. Rekhi has over 25 years of experience and is one of the leading figures in the Information Technology industry. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Rekhi held senior management positions with HCL Technologies and DISC (now Synergex) in the United States, Singapore and India. Mr. Rekhi has graduated with a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT, Kharagpur, India and a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento. Mr. Rekhi also attended several senior management programs from University of Berkeley and Harvard Business School. Presently Mr. Rekhi is designated as Chairman and Managing Director on the Board of R Systems International Limited.

Raj Swaminathan, joined the Board of R Systems on September 29, 2006. Mr. Swaminathan has over 23 years of experience in IT & Financial Services Industry. Prior to joining R Systems, Mr. Swaminathan has had a distinguished 11 years' career at GE where he was Vice President and CIO at GE-Countrywide , India . As a member of the senior Global Consumer Finance corporate IT team, he made valuable contribution to GE. Earlier in his career, Mr. Swaminathan also headed the IT function at Standard Chartered Bank for the Consumer, Corporate Banking and Treasury Businesses.

Mr. Swaminathan has completed his MBA from XLRI after his graduation in Engineering. Presently Mr. Swaminathan is designated as Director and Chief Operating Officer on the Board of R Systems International Limited.
