If you have one of the following qualifications (B.E / B. Tech / MCA / MCS), and have worked in any of the technology or functional areas mentioned below, we would be very interested in meeting with you.

Development:

• Java (with JSP, XML/XSL & JavaScript)

• Visual Basic (Crystal Reports & MTS)
• Oracle, Lotus Notes with Javascript
• HTML
• Domino.doc and workflow tools

Lotus Notes and Domino professionals: We would like to meet professionals with good exposure in developing web-based applications using Java Scripts on Lotus Notes platform and writing SQL queries. Your exposure to Oracle 8i it will be an advantage. You should have a first class in your graduation or post graduation (BE / ME/ Mtech / MCA / MCM) and from a reputed institute with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Testing: Good exposure of Testing processes in a SDLC, experience of writing Test Scripts and execution, Command on any of the automation test tools such as Winrunner /Rational Robot, exposure to Load testing tools etc.

Exposure in the Finance Domain and Awareness of CMM/ISO processes will be an added advantage for the above positions.

• Testing of modules. This will include Unit, Cycle and User Acceptance Testing
• Responsible for preparation of Integration Test Scripts and testing.
• Report detected bugs accordingly.
• Coordinate with software development team to resolve the defects.
• Should be aware of the processes used in Indus and follow them accordingly.
• Responsible for developing software applications according to the quality standards followed by Indus.

• Define Software Engineering Processes in the Company.
• Establish, implement and maintain Quality System as per ISO 9001:2000 and CMM level 5 Framework.

• Risk Management.
• Defect prevention/Root cause analysis.
