About the Client
The client is in the business of Sales Finance, Private Label Credit Cards and Cash loans in Mexico. They have significant market share in their country of operation. This was likely to increase with projected high business volumes and expansion across many retail stores.

Challenge
The client faced challenges in better Turn Around Times for each application and decision process to reduce the risk involved in approval process. There was a need to integrate origination systems with external agencies.

Solution
The solution required was an Origination system capable of interfacing with third party applications. This system was developed on the Lotus Dominos Platform. Indus carried out the Design, Development, Quality management and System testing of the development. The solution interfaces with New Business Strategy Manager, Filtering Solution, Credit Bureau, ASA and Vision Plus.
The automated loan origination process provides for on-line scanning of documents and search capabilities. It also provides real time statistics and reports and maintains audit trial.
