About the Client
The client, a Bank in Hungary wanted to adopt a comprehensive application to manage its total business processes.

Challenge
The comprehensive application was to automate the Financing process of the bank completely from Loan application processing up to delinquency management. This required that:

• Loan application be fully automated from application entry till disbursement
• Interface with external systems possible wherever required.
• Comprehensive MIS for augmenting operational efficiencies
• Daily basis Letters and Check printing

Solution
Lending Solutions from Indus was offered and provided the Bank with:
Indus Originations - for tracking Loans, automatic approval, handling multiple interfaces like Merchant Terminal/Forgato/Fraud Upload/ Bank Master/Gaftab.
Indus Repayment Management - for automatic payments, automatic write-off and a Collection interface.
Indus Collection – that was interfaced with a Davox auto dialing system, which is used for interacting with delinquent customers.
