Thank you for the support provided in Exim Reformatter and the BM STS Interface development. The team had put in lot of effort during SIT in closing down all the issues with a quick turnaround time and this helped us to continue with SIT without any delay.

The project has progressed extremely well, being implemented on time, within budget, involving a large number of diverse departments and external vendors. This success in itself, especially in the software industry, is a little unusual in my experience.

“I'm happy to inform you that this morning the Indus System was successfully launched for Loan Collections.

This achievement is a tribute to the efforts put forth by the team who, throughout the project, went above and beyond to meet aggressive schedules and stretch goals.  Implementing a new system for a core operations function within 5 months is an impressive accomplishment and was only possible because of the commitment and shared vision/goal of Risk Policy, Credit Operations, Information Technology and the Indus Teams.  

Lastly, deploying the Indus System in the Philippines marks a milestone for CFG who will continue to deploy Indus Collections Systems in our other businesses, leveraging the features and functionalities created during this implementation.  A big thanks is due to the team and executive management in the Philippines for taking the lead on this project, pioneering a global platform whose benefits will reach beyond its business/geographic boundaries.
