Challenge

The client wanted a solution to tap the tacit knowledge in the organization and automate the entire process. There was a need to create and recognize the organization's subject matter experts and leverage the existing technologies with a view to increase productivity.

Indus developed an enterprise information portal that collates both structured and unstructured information available within the organization. This information was then made available across various units in an easily accessible manner.

This solution was deployed worldwide at the organization's locations with Localization Support for 14 languages.
