The client is one of India 's leading financial institutions pursuing aggressive growth in its various product lines and expanding geographic coverage to leverage its customer base. The offerings include Commercial Banking, Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance & Investment Banking.
The net worth of the company is Rs. 2,000 crores.

Challenge

The business demanded a system, which can consistently and effectively turn leads into sales. Typically lead users will call or meet the prospective customers and get the customer data including the loan requirements. Following this, there was a follow-up of that lead by the same or other lead users till the lead was either closed or converted into prospect. In the follow up, customer may ask for EMI, rate of interest, tenor or loan amount, needed to be captured. Amortization was required as well.

Solution

Lead module from Indus was developed to meet the business requirements. The solution was designed to support the growth plan of the organization in terms of scalability, functionality and technology. It provided the facility to initiate the lead, lead follow up, and a ‘what if ' calculator. Online tracking of lead was also possible resulting into faster lead follow up. All the data collected in lead module was made accessible by Loan Origination System. The features like What if calculator and amortization helpes in solving the customer queries and helps delivering excellent customer service.
