Challenge
The business demanded a system, which can consistently and effectively turn leads into sales. Typically lead users will call or meet the prospective customers and get the customer data including the loan requirements. Following this, there was a follow-up of that lead by the same or other lead users till the lead was either closed or converted into prospect. In the follow up, customer may ask for EMI, rate of interest, tenor or loan amount, needed to be captured. Amortization was required as well. |
