A Fortune 500 company has business across many countries. At certain periods in a year these businesses are required to report different sort of compliance data related to infrastructure, metrics, Issues & risks, goals, people & culture, regulator's contacts etc.

All these data needs to be consolidated for analysis, evaluation & reporting.

Challenge

All businesses send in report in an excel sheet format. The database then had be manually consolidated which took off lot of productive time. There was difficulty in consolidating data at different levels like country, regional & global. There was no historical track. Identifying unanticipated risks & problems were difficult.

Solution

Indus developed a Compliance data warehouse which would allow the compliance team to gather information online from different business across the globe. The application allowed automatic consolidation of data at different levels (Per business, Country, Region, Global).

Security access was give at different levels. Historical data was tracked. An automated follow up mechanism was built.
