| Avaya has certified the Indus Collections of R Systems International Ltd., and have offered Gold Membership. | | |
Indus Collections System (IC4) and Avaya Proactive contact center using the Avaya PG 230 Digital switch have been successfully tested at the Avaya lab Singapore and have passed the Compliance Testing. This testing has highlighted the seamless working of the solutions. Below are some of the advantages of the same. - IC4 provides Advance Integration Method (AIM) which helps the operator work on a single system and record the call status in IC4 , achieving increased productivity.
- The response, in case of Busy, fax tone or call’s not reachable ,can be recorded by dialer and those calls are not passed to the operator while their dialer recorded status is uploaded in IC4 via dialer upload.
- Since the calling is done by dialer server it passes the call to operator who is in idle state.
