Job Description

		Carry out customization and troubleshooting/bug fixing support for IC3 collections implementation of the Poland Project on VB 6.0 - MTS - Oracle 9i platform.
		Installation and setting up of application. Communicating with customer for issue analysis. Possibility to go onsite for UAT support.

Job Location: Pune

Relevant Experience: 3 to 4 years

Education: BE/ B.Tech/ BCS/ BCA/ MCA/ MCS

Key Skill Required:

		Essential - VB 6.0, PL/SQL on Oracle 9i, MTS.
		Soft - Good analysis skills.
		Must be ready to work on 6 months Contract.

Job Description

		Peripheral Software Installation (e.g. Oracle).
		Plan and Create/Clone databases and objects.
		Sound knowledge of Backup / Recovery (Manual as well as using RMAN).
		Install, upgrade and patch oracle server.
		Database movement across different machines.
		Resolve all customer issues related to database.
		Performance Tuning of Databases and applications.
		Recommending hardware configuration for new and existing customers.
		Recommending Database sizing for new user creation depending on volume requirements.
		Implementation knowledge of Data Guard, Real Application Cluster (RAC) etc.

Senior Functional Consultant

Job Description

		Meet clients and understand the requirements of the project thoroughly.
		Prepare and review the Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents.
		Responsible for explaining the client requirements to the software development and testing teams in The company. Incase of enhancements or modifications, the incumbent should coordinate with these two functions and include the changes accordingly.
		Responsible for functional testing and detection of bugs for all the tested components.
		Deployment of the project at the client site. Should perform User Acceptance Test.
		Provide technical and functional training to new comer BA’s.
		Should be aware of the processes used in the company and follow them accordingly.
		Responsible for developing software applications according to the quality standards followed by The company.
