Company Profile

The client is a wholly owned subsidiary of a leading European Consumer Finance with a license to operate in Vietnam as a 100% foreign-owned Non Banking Finance Company.

The client basically finances asset backed loans: consumer durables and two wheelers in addition to cash loans.

Challenge

The goal for the client since inception was to have a simple process that would provide loan approvals to customers in less than 10 minutes.

Solution

Indus offered the complete lending suite through – Loan Originations, Servicing and Collections.


		Facility to provide multiple offers to customer via simulation or the Quotation Module: Indus Originations has a built- in calculator that enables the user to simulate various scenarios with respect to the Loan amount, rate of interest, tenor, installment amount and IRR to assist the customer and the User in selection of a suitable Product.
		Bi Lingual Data entry in English and Vietnamese
		Separate Cash register functionality provided at Point of Sales (collection points) to enable DSA/agencies to track the funds received and transferred to the main branch.
		Disbursement done in Batches.
		Post implementation existing contracts were migrated to the INDUS application. A detailed exercise for data migration was done for all the existing contracts.

Benefits

Post the launch of our application, the client was able to open 120 Point of sales in short span of time.
