Challenge

This finance company wanted to adopt a comprehensive application to manage the business processes in order to reduce delinquency costs, improve internal collectors focus, track, control and focus collectors at the external agencies, control the business more effectively and track pre-emptive delinquency tracking for a personal and auto portfolios. T he client wanted to bring the entire Normal Collection Follow up functionality for Legal follow up also. Since the Collectors have to login from small villages using connectivity from Internet cafes, the bandwidth available was limited. Performance was a very critical factor.

Solution

Indus Collections, for tracking and follow-up with delinquent customers.


		The prime focus of the company was to track and control the effectiveness of the Collectors who worked for the external Agencies. Solution provided right allocation of cases to the Agencies, track the follow-up of these collectors and report the effective with the help of comprehensive reporting. Collectors at client side follow up on a delinquent account while the case is in legal proceedings also.
