Challenge
A fast growing Insurance company with more than 140 branches all over India required a digitization and workflow solution for all the claim requests they receive as faxes. The process involved pre-authorization claims request faxes be received by RightFax server and routed to the web enabled workflow Flofax solution. The received fax can be viewed through the image viewer and processed through the custom defined workflow for Approval / rejection. Faxback is sent from the application automatically. TAT and other statistics are captured and reported for all processed documents and archived at the end of the cycle .
