  • Our Product Development team is focused on building quality products and caters to the current market requirements in the business verticals that we deal with.
  • The Product development team is responsible for integrating new business ideas/trends to ensure that that our products are scalable, reliable, robust and competitive.
  • The team also ensures that our products’ portfolios maintains the necessary product differentiation in the market and provides competitive advantage for our customers.
  • The Projects and Support teams manage the lifecycle of a project beginning with the inception of requirement gathering to the completion of implementation/go-live stage.
  • The team is involved in client discussions, understanding business requirements and ensuring that our product bridges the gap resulting in customer satisfaction and delight.
  • The team seamlessly works towards integrating the customers’ existing business processes, legacy systems and databases. 
  • Our Technology Architects are the backbone of our robust products as they ensure that the architectural frameworks/solutions on which our products are built are the best.
  • They design and deploy the appropriate architecture by accurately capturing the business (functional and non-functional) requirements of an application.
  • Industry/domain experts are our Subject Matter Experts who lead business transformations and drive product road maps for key focus areas.
  • They lead, establish and review engagement processes and methodologies right from identifying the business requirements to deployment of solutions.
  • They are responsible for value additions at both the unit-level and organisational-level based on their domain/market knowledge.
