Process Flow​

Customer Segmentation:

The Platform receives Customer/Account Information from the Core banking or Loan Management system. The customers may be current or default. We also perform Data Augmentation, by receiving data from Digital sources or Credit Bureaus. The Platform Segments the customers and stamps the best course of action or the Strategy, which would result in faster payments.

Digital Collections:

Digital Strategy on Self cure and on those segments who have high probability of payments when contacted/nudged over WhatsApp, Smart texts, Voice/Chat Bots, Emails Notifications and drive them for digital of physical payments. Deep links are sent to customers, which automatically launches the mobile payment application and displays the overdue amount, leading customers to pay their dues either through Account transfer, UPI, Debt Cards or Wallets

Tele-calling Services:

Tele-calling Strategy for customers who do not respond to Digital methods, using preemptive or predictive dialing mechanism through integration with smart auto-dialers.  The System supports advanced allocations rule configurations, load balancing and team working.

Agency Allocations:

Allocation of accounts to field collections agencies and their Agents, depending on the Area/Zip codes, Buckets and many other parameters to choose from. The Platform support repossession workflows, Skip Tracing workflows and advanced recovery workflows including settlements.  A tab/mobile application, mCollect, helps the field collections agents, manage their day efficiently on field, while guiding with optimized route plans, displaying accounts allocated to them, assisting with all data required to perform effective field actions and also collect payments through cash or digital channels.

Legal Collections:

The platform support Legal Agencies to manage all the legal cases, the platform supports various legal workflows as per India judiciary system, ex: Section 138, Civil, Criminal, SARFAESI, Lok Adalat etc… It helps Legal agencies track the status of cases and plan well for ongoing legal activities.
