Experience: 4 – 8 years
Positions: Functional Consultant, Lead Functional Consultant
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Requirement Gathering, Functional Solution Design.
- Work on changes required on core products
- Work on customer projects: map their business requirements to the products and identify gaps or changes.
- Represent requirements using alternative views (diagrams/prototypes/scenarios).
- Interactions with technical teams for technical feasibility of solution designs
- Prepare and review the Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents
- Responsible for functional testing (also preparing test cases) of the modules/components of the product.
- Detect and report bugs/defects found in all the tested modules accordingly.
- Co-ordinate with the UAT team and be aware of the enhancements/modifications needed to be done in the product.
Required Skills:
- Must have handled on site functional consulting assignments where he/she has contributed to
- process consulting/re-engineering
- Must have contributed to enhancing core Product functionality in terms of contribution to road map items based on domain knowledge and market needs including writing detail specifications
- Knowledge on Software Configuration Management
